

Anna Palmer
Anna is a co-founder and Managing Owner of Boston Legacy FC, the National Women’s Soccer League team taking the pitch in Boston in 2026. Prior to Boston Legacy, Anna co-founded XFactor Ventures in 2016, where she is currently a Managing Partner. XFactor is one of the most active seed-stage funds backing women and gender diverse teams with over 100 investments in the portfolio. Through XFactor, Palmer has personally led investments into businesses ranging from e-commerce to pet health to aerospace technology. Alongside XFactor, Anna also serves as a Venture Partner at Flybridge Capital, where she was the first-ever female general partner.
Anna serves on the board of directors for the companies Intramotev (autonomous EV trains), Returnalyze (returns software), and MelodyArc (next-gen CX platform), and on the board of the New England Venture Capital Association and Eureka College.
Previously, Anna was co-founder and CEO of Dough Collective, a marketplace to shop, discover and support women and diverse makers (acquired by IMC in 2021), and co-founder and CEO of Fashion Project, the industry leader in online designer clothing donation (acquired by U5 in 2016).
