

Charlie Hamilton
Charlie Hamilton is an experienced entrepreneur, real estate investor, developer, business owner, and philanthropist serving as a managing partner of multiple companies.
Charlie founded Caprock Partners, a specialty investment business focused on investing in real estate and operating businesses that have high barriers to entry, stabilized cash flows, and low technological requirements. Caprock Partners participated more than $4B in transactions and has helped financial institutions across the United States reposition problem loans and assets.
Charlie also serves on the board of Recharge Water. Charlie has served on the Advisory Board for the Rawls College of Business and Administration at Texas Tech University and is the past Chairman of the Chief Executive Round Table, an organization that brings renowned business leaders to speak to Texas Tech University students. In addition, Charlie is a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization), CEO, and the Stand Together Ventures.
Charlie’s lifelong passion for youth entrepreneurship earned him a position on the board of Lemonade Day (LemonadeDay.org). Charlie has served on the board of Lemonade Day for eleven years, five of those years he served as Chairman of the Board. Lemonade Day is a national experiential learning program that teaches youth to start, own, and operate their own business. The program has spread to 87 cities across the US and 3 countries with participation from more than 1.3M youth. After Hurricane Maria, Charlie was a driving force in setting up the largest church-based relief effort distributing food, water, and medical supplies throughout Puerto Rico.
Over the past nine years, Charlie has expanded the investment mission and vision of Caprock Partners to Puerto Rico and currently resides in San Juan, Puerto Rico with his wife, Kate, and their two boys Conrad and Carson. Charlie holds a BBA from Texas Tech University.
